Delighted! I've ordered and received 1500 square feet of bamboo flooring, 650 square feet of tile, and 12 bamboo stair treads. The bamboo flooring and tile exceeded my expectations. The stair treads had some quality issues. I called customer service. The representative not only offered to replace the order, but was interested in investigating the root cause of the problem, thinking that it may be traceable to the manufacturing of that particular lot. IMPRESSIVE! It's rare these days to find a person or organization willing to look past their own narrow self-interest in the immediate problem and take proactive measures to prevent the problem from occuring in the first place. Well done.
