Engineered flooring is becoming increasingly popular for many reasons. Engineered hardwood provides a beautiful floor at less than the cost of a traditional hardwood floor. It also creates a more refined look than traditional prefinished hardwood, similar to a site-sanded and finished floor. Unlike solid hardwood, engineered hardwood can be installed at or below grade.
