Everyone was great starting with the sample ordering process right down to the shipping process. The flooring I selected was the best quality and so much cheaper than anything I found in the stores. Not one store could even come close in matching the price. This service was great and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure how the delivery would arrive. Only problem was 2 packages were damaged when we received them. Even the driver was great and assisted with the unloading process. We downloaded the flooring installation instructions for our contractor who found them easy to understand. I am so pleased with the end result I can't wait for my friends and family to see my new floors. In the future if I am in the market for new flooring, I won't waste my time shopping in the local stores. I would only order from BuildDirect.
