It is tongue and groove and comes with a 25 year warranty against finish wear and manufacturing/structural defects. Beauchene hardwood flooring is exclusively sourced from Canada and the Northeastern USA.

Now that the product is installed I am noticing that on some of the knots as well as other areas the finish seems to be cracking and lifting. I mean 99% of it is excellent but these blemishes are a little disturbing since the floor was only installed couple of months ago.
