The quality of the product was great. We purchased the product in April but did not have the opportunity to install it until this January. We installed the Tropical Gingerwood 14mm this past week and found very few boxes with duplicates. The few that had been damaged in shipping (I think there were only 3 pieces total) were able to be placed in a way that we were able to cut the damaged portion and use them. We had minimal waste and minimal damage as they went in place. We used a scrap piece of board to "hammer" them in place along the sides to protect the edges and to seat them better. The quarter round is not quite a match for the product but the transition molding was a good match. I do wish you could send a DVD of instructions as we had to search the internet for information and videos and really would have benefited from more professional information that was more precise. Information on floor preparation would have also been helpful. Overall though, we are pleased with the end result and have recommended you to several people since the purchase and have had the opportunity to recommend you to someone since the instalation. I am looking forward to many years of use of this floor. If you have some good information of after care I would appreciate it. We have gotten some information off the site and internet but more specifics about what to do with the wax that has come out of the edges and what to wash the floor with would be helpful. Thank you.
