The Manufacturer’s Minimum is the smallest amount that must be ordered from a particular manufacturer. In some cases, this amount may be expressed by quantity of product; in other cases, by dollar value.

i was told that stone was 15/32 thick which is what made me order from build direct as opposed to a place that was less but where the stone was 5/16th. the stone i received turned out to be only 5/16 thick which besides costing me more than i could have gotten it for elsewhere, it also cost me more to adapt the height of a half wall that had been built based on the thicker stone.
